During two days, the heads of departments will discuss the theme « Facing the impacts of the Covid-19 crisis, what innovative strategies for a sustainable resilience of CBI SA?
The 9th edition of the strategic retreat of Coris Bank international started this Friday, October 2, 2020. The financial institution wants to think about the main directions to adopt. This, in order to take decisions that will be the subject of an action plan to maintain and strengthen the quality, performance, excellence and sustainability of the bank. This event is being held in the context of Covid-19. This is why the theme chosen for the exchanges is « Facing the impacts of the Covid-19 crisis, what innovative strategies for a sustainable resilience of CBI SA?
For the General Manager of Coris Bank International, Diakarya Ouattara, his institution would like to reflect in depth on the various changes it has to face and on its future. He said that during 48 hours, participants will have to review the recommendations of the retreat held in 2019, the balance sheet of the first half of 2020 and the prospects for the second half of the year, with the continued revision of the strategic plan 2018-2022.
He is convinced that the success of the work depends on the assiduous and sustained participation of the various departments of the bank. This is why he invited his collaborators to make a participative contribution. This will make it possible to reach relevant resolutions capable of positively and qualitatively impacting the activities of the institution. Beginning this Friday, October 2, the strategic retreat will close on October 3, 2020.
