Coris Bank International SA’s vision is to be the reference bank in the sub-region in supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Evolving in a highly competitive and constantly evolving business sector, we have developed a five-year strategy for 2018
This strategy is based on the following axes:

7. Consolidate the commercial dynamic. – 2022 to achieve our vision while respecting our values of Trust, Originality, Responsibility, Integrity and Sociability.
Our quality management system, the purpose of which is to create value for our customers and other interested parties, is based on the optimization of processes by translating our strategic axes at the operational level into quality objectives.
These quality objectives, correlated to the strategic objectives, are oriented towards:
• the satisfaction of our customers and other interested parties;
• compliance with the regulations applicable to our activity;
• compliance of our processes, products and services with internal and external requirements;
• operational excellence and improvement of our practices.
To achieve the desired results, an environment conducive to excellence must be created and nurtured. To this end, I undertake to:
• be the guarantor of the success of our quality management system;
• develop strong leadership so that the Bank’s values are shared by all my employees;
• establish within the Bank a culture of risk, customer focus, performance and continuous improvement;
• set up and adapt a physical and technical system to meet the security challenges;
• make available all the resources necessary to achieve the quality objectives;
• ensure the effectiveness of our quality management system and its permanent adaptation to new challenges.
